For the purpose of the RM Sotheby’s London to Brighton Veteran Car Run, a tender vehicle is deemed as any vehicle supporting, delivering or collecting, a veteran car, cycle or motorcycle. 

We are pleased to provide parking facilities, staffed by security personnel,  in Crawley and Brighton. Vehicles will only be able to park in these car parks if they have a vehicle access windscreen sticker clearly displayed. This can be  purchased during the entry process.

Tender parking in Brighton, Madeira Drive, is available from: Thursday 31 October  (12:00 noon) – Monday 4 November  (12.00 noon).

Please note that vehicles are left at the owners risk and allocated on a first order basis.

TENDER VEHICLE ROUTE

Please note that, as detailed in our rules & regulations, tender vehicles are not allowed on the main Run route unless they are dealing with a stranded vehicle.  Any tender vehicles found on the route who are not attending to a participating vehicle this will receive a yellow card.

Pack 1 - This pack is for a vehicle that has the capacity to transport one veteran vehicle.

The pack includes all relevant paperwork and instruction for the tender vehicle driver and official identification for two people. This gives the tender vehicle driver plus one access to the paddocks in Crawley and Madeira Drive.

Pack 2 - This pack is for a vehicle that has the capacity to transport up to two veteran vehicles.

The pack includes all relevant paperwork and instruction for the tender vehicle driver and official identification for four people. This gives the tender vehicle driver plus three access to the paddocks in Crawley and Madeira Drive.

Pack 3 – This pack is for an articulated car transporter with the capacity to transport three or more veteran vehicles.

This pack includes all relevant paperwork and instruction for the tender vehicle driver and official identification for four people. This gives the tender vehicle driver plus three access to the paddocks in Crawley and Madeira Drive.
