The website www.veterancarrun.com is hosted by Drum Studios Limited but is controlled and operated by the Organiser, who is responsible for the content and links provided to the website on the Club’s behalf.

Any personal information we collect via our website will never be released or sold to any companies or individuals outside of the Organiser, the Club or authorised partner companies who provide services on our behalf. We do not store credit card details. No data will be transferred outside of the EU.

Goose Live Events Limited will initially retain your information for a period of 5 years after our last transaction with you or from when we obtained the information. A limited subset of your information (your name, address, vehicle for the Run & year of entry) will then be transferred to the Club where it will be retained in permanent preservation in-line with the Club’s heritage values
