The Royal Automobile Club is delighted to welcome Lockton as the official Insurance Partner to the RM Sotheby’s London to Brighton Veteran Car Run, the world’s longest-running motoring event and the greatest celebration of early pioneering automobiles, taking place on Sunday 5 November 2023. 
 
This new partnership reflects Lockton’s position as the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage firm, as well as its deep passion for collector’s cars, both old and new. Lockton Performance, the firm’s specialist motoring division, provides cover for some of the most exclusive classic and supercar collections. 
 
As part of the multi-year partnership, Lockton will be hosting the Participants’ Reception on Saturday 4 November, on the eve of the Run. This will take place in the Club’s historic clubhouse on Pall Mall in central London. A special Lockton Achievement Award will also be presented during the reception to a worthy entrant of significant note. 
 
Amplifying both its appreciation and enthusiasm for the motoring sector, Lockton is also a high-profile partner of Salon Privé at Blenheim Palace. In addition to providing cover for classic and performance cars, car collections and other luxury assets, Lockton is also a trusted advisor to many of UK’s most prestigious motor clubs including those for Aston Martin,  Ferrari,  Lamborghini, Maserati and Porsche.
